Just got back from a wonderful 3 night stay. Staff were amazing. The superior room was beautiful, modern, comfy and the little touches (treats on the bed, birthday cake, Nespresso coffees) were much appreciated. We loved having a coffee and people watching in the morning. We took advantage of the spa morning deal for €195 for 2 which included spa access, a treatment each and breakfast (which was amazing and very vegan/vegetarian friendly) The facials were lovely, the pool and sauna is very relaxing with a great view of the street. My only gripes with the spa: You don’t get complimentary slippers or robes, don’t provide toiletries so I had to go to my room to shower, no costume drying facilities, so we had to walk to our room with our wet swimsuits in our hands. I would say these things could be improved, but we still loved it!! The next door rooftop bar (Ginkgo?) is perfect for rooftop cocktails. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very nice, going on an event, the rooms were booked for the team and upon arrival I was informed that my room amongst others weren’t ready and that they will call but never happened till I realized the following group of people from my team arrived and got their keys. When I asked the receptionist they were not able to give me an answer on why and gave me a room?! Rooms are nice, spacious, clean and well equipped with amenities. View on Plaza España was beautiful although noisy. Food was nice given we tried it in the event. Swimming pool was closed which was a turn off for me. The hotel is located at a walking distance from many attractions and live areas. Meeting rooms were nice but can’t be opened from outside if you don’t have a key, meaning that whoever goes out, for toilet for example, has to keep knocking or to leave the door somewhat open. Housekeeping do a great job, however couple of times I was surprised that their supervisor entered the room while I was in to check, with one time I was over the phone so wasn’t fast enough to respond to knocking. I loved the idea that public toilets doors are automated and don’t require that we touch any handles. Overall I’d recommend however I see a room for improvement in reception, if a pool is in the services it’s status has to be clear on the booking tool and the privacy concerning quality checks by the supervisors of housekeeping.

This hotel was a great choice for our 4 night family city break. Location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities - all 5 star. For delicate sleepers, beds are huge & comfortable. Our room on floor 15 was soundproofed and the blackout blinds super efficient. We overlooked the Plaza Espana! The Ginkgo Sky bar has fabulous views and the entertainment is great. To the staff I give 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Professional, welcoming, efficient and all the staff we came into contact with went the extra mile. Thank you for a great stay.

This hotel was an exceptional experience. Nestled in the heart of Madrid centre, this hotel had it all. Beautiful room, great service and friendly staff, and a great rooftop bar. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great stay in Madrid.

Really good service and even better location. The room was exceptionally comfortable and every little detail was well thought out, from the subtle lighting modes to adapt to time/mood, to the spacious and spa-like bathroom (the bath tub is a real treat). I normally always struggle with sleep when I’m abroad, but the bed was exceptionally comfortable and for once we found the pillows to be perfect. Would also highly suggest a visit to the spa for one of their signature massages!
